Holiday Guest

Recently had a holiday guest: Sabina’s Australian parrot. He did loose some more feathers since the last time I had it as a guest. But this time it didn’t take it over 30 minutes to recognize that my hand isn’t anything to fear and did “jump” on my finger after 5 minutes, and after that subsequently faster and faster. Seems to get used to it. And they say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks: this bird is more than 8 years old! Amazing.
